What:  'Awakening' an evening of honoring and worshipping our Lord. Together our congregation, worship team and other Northern California churches will be lifting up our voices to the Lord for our community.

Worship Conference
Date: Saturday, March 5
Time: 8:00 am Continental Breakfast
What: A one day conference. We want to share our resources and learn from one another about sound, music, band, and Multi-media. There is no cost to attend the Worship Conference and lunch will be available for $5. Register today!*  We are looking forward to having you with us!

* If you plan to attend both the Worship and the Conference, please register for both tickets!   

During the conference we are planning to have sessions to help us further our knowledge and learn from each other!  When you register you will have the option to select a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice session.

Everyone
8:35 am-10:45 am (Sanctuary) (This will be for all attendees)  

General Session- “Putting It All Together” - We will begin the day with a time of Worshipping God through music. Then all attendees will stay together for our first class. This will be a time of breaking down and discussing the Worship time. Please come ready to share your experiences from your Ministry as well. We want this to be a time of fellowship and learning how God has been using our Ministry’s to help the church be drawn into the presence of God!

Sound
11:00 - 12:00 pm (Sanctuary)
    Class 1) - Avioms: "What's that in my ear?"  How to use the Aviom personal mixers and how they can help lower your stage volume.

2:30 - 3:30 pm (Sanctuary)  
    Class 2) - Mixing: "Is this on? or Please don't tap on the mic."  How to get a better mix in your services.

Lighting
1:15 - 2:15 pm (Sanctuary)
    Class 3) - Ambiance: "Movers, LED's, and conventionals, oh my!"  How to use whatever you have to create a mood in your services.

Multi-Media
1:15 - 2:15 pm (Social Hall)
    Class 4) - Multimedia, "Creative or Technical?"  How to use multimedia in your services.

2:30 - 3:30 pm (Social Hall)
     Class 5) - Visualizing Worship: Using visuals during a worship service is an outlet for expressing the gift of creating art that God gave us. Examine the use of colors, readability and creativity in your projected venue. Learn simple steps and guidelines for creating an eye-pleasing presentation.  These concepts will work with whatever presentation format you use.

Music

11:00 - 12:00 pm (Sanctuary)

1:15 - 2:15 pm (Class 6) & 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm (Class 7)
   Class 6 & Class 7) - Band unity: How to play or not-to-play together, that is the question!  Come learn concepts about how to be united as a band.

11:00 - 12:00 pm (Class 8) & 1:15 pm - 2:15 pm (Class 9)
   Class 8 & Class 9)) - Vocal: Come learn or brush up on vocal techniques that will help prolong your ministry life.  And bless those around you!

OTHER OPTION  
We are offering videos during each of the breakouts if you find yourself with an empty hour. These will include Brooklyn Tabernacle, Ken Davis and others.
